Past: Kaius grew up with a kind and caring father, a truly gentle and good espeon. He didn't know his mother for many years, and was fine with that, finding he preferred a quiet life, and was especially taken by stargazing. He loved star gazing. One night, an umbreon suddenly showed up, and kitten in her jaws. Without a word, she left the purrloin with his father and him, and left. Just like that. When he asked, his father explained that was his mother. Disturbed, he left that night, haunted by his thoughts, which slowly grew into a dull hatred. That was the true nature of pokemon then. Her own child she had simply left behind. Then she comes back only to leave without a word? Was that how things really always were? He became bitter, and anti-social. One day he came across another wanderer such as himself, a young purrloin. He had his suspicions, but they formed a team, with much insistence from Kiske, and journey together, taking the odd jobs.
Why they started a team: For Kiske it was the grandeur, for Kaius, it was to look out for Kiske and to maybe put a stop to many of the evils in the world while seeking his own answers

Past: Mitaki spent her life growing up in the dark woods. She doesn't remember her parents, but she does remember growing up with lots of other dark types, and she was always happy. Life was good. Slowly though, some of them started getting mean, and disheartened, she left the group, wandering on her own. A few times she even got attacked outright, growing a bit fearful until she too attacked on sight, leading up to her first meeting team Fallen Grace.
